As no technical skill is required the need for several technicians onsite is reduced. The URL installs an active component on upload- and speaker PC’s. You can decide if you want to have an onsite server or have a speaker-ready room handled completely online. The latter is only recommended for smaller meetings. The database of your program can be imported with an Excel file or can be automatically populated through cPaper. cSlide allows you to increase the service level for your speakers, and at the same time reduces your cost and efforts to handle the speaker-ready room. cSlide is not only the tool to handle your speaker-ready room. It gives you many additional features. Prior to events moderators can review the submitted sessions and even get in touch with their speakers. Onsite, these tools include a picture tool which takes a picture of speakers while uploading the presentation.
