is a web based tool that allows the collection and distribution of files for speakers. cSlide was specially designed to increase reliability and data security while reducing the complexity of data transfer before, during and after a meeting.
cLive
digitally records lectures and presentations. The speaker’s audio and video (optional) is synchronized automatically with the presentation material (e.g. PPT slides) and made available in different formats such as web cast, pod cast, etc. online and offline.
SCOT
is a web based tool specially designed to distribute collected content including presentation material, web casts, pod casts, etc. through the web. It optionally contains a shopping cart module and can be used on a revenue sharing basis.
cJoin
The entire management of members including addresses, payments, discounts or access to the organization’s journal can be handled by the administrator with the help of this application. Updating personal details can also be carried out by members themselves.

The use of this online tool, which is run on Webges servers, requires no additional hardware procurement. It allows quick access to standard processes and templates.
cBadge
After importing existing participant information into the online cBadge System, this data can be managed and new persons registered. Seating assignments, access authorization or company details can be stored for any participant.
cLock
After importing existing data, new visitors can be booked as required via the administrator or an open access Internet platform. The administrator can define access rights per visitor for specific sectors.
cTrack
After definition of the program with the Webges “online program planner” the name badges of the visitors are printed. Depending on the preferred type of scanning they are printed with barcodes or produced with included RFID tags for contact less scanning of visitors.
cLead
By simply scanning a visitor’s name tag with the supplied scanner (Barcode or RFID), that contact is entered into your exhibitor’s own visitor database. Specific product information or comments can be added to these visitors’ profiles beforehand.
cPoint
Webges designs the layout for you and creates a graphics concept according to your expectations; you may also opt to deliver finished graphics files and let Webges take care of all production and digital printing tasks.
